K-POT – No water. No overcooking. No stress. No loss of flavour.
Built-in Induction Unit
Stainless Steel
The Built-in K-Pot GN 1/1 CK200 is a stainless-steel unit - ideal for automatic cooking, regenerating hot and cold food and keeping food warm (like a chafing dish) and normal cooking (like an oven).
The GN 1/1 One zone unit is a built-in version of the KIPOT range of Cooking and Tabletop Units, which unlike the traditional bain marie buffet and foodservice options, do not require water and food quality remains high due to the even heat distribution.
It can be fitted straight into the stainless steel cover or fitted flush into a wooden, granite or stainless steel cover using a stainless steel installation frame.
The operating screen is installed horizontally in the front panel and the flush ceran hobs are so easy to clean. You can choose the number of the hobs that are to be installed.
This innovative new buffet display unit uses Rieber-designed thermoplate technology and requires the usage of GN compliant cooking pots, and watertight press-in lids. These thermoplates use layered materials to ensure no overcooked delicacies or unnecessary energy consumption, therefore decreasing your running costs.
With a small size and sleek design, the K-POT system is ideal for event catering or buffet bars that want to increase space without compromising on serving ability or food display options. The specialist structure of the Thermoplates enables heat transfers to be up to 10 times faster than standard stainless steel pans in a regular bain marie unit - which makes these ideal for short term placement or timed buffet service.
Compatible with sizes 1 x GN 1/1, 2 x GN 1/2 or 3 x GN 1/3, the unit includes 12 functions to choose from with 6 specific food reheating programmes, 3 programmes for keeping food warm and 3 distinct power level for temperature control. Managing these programmes is easy, thanks to the simple analogue dial control system, which makes usage accessible to all end users.
In basic terms a Thermoplate is a new design of a GN pan, made with outer layers of stainless steel for extra durability, but with central multi-laminate layers of highly conductive aluminium, which is ideal for all forms of cooking and especially induction.
