The Buffalo continuous veg prep machine is fast, powerful and durable. The unit provides you all the performance you need to quickly and effortlessly cut, slice, grate and chip a wide variety of ingredients. It uses a powerful 550W motor and is supplied with four high quality stainless steel discs. Prep up to 300kg of food every hour. Two separate feed hoppers provide the versatility to quickly prep different foods, meaning even large or unusual shapes can be processed.

Supplied with 1 x 4mm grater, 1 x 4mm slicer, 1 x 7mm grater and 1 x 8mm slicer discs.
