Meat Cleavers & Knives

Where a smaller, sharper blade is more useful for intricate cutting and meat preparation, a meat cleaver is more adept at breaking down and cutting through tougher portion of an animal carcass.

Used as a powerful tool for cutting through sinew, bone and cartilage, a cleaver is, therefore, an ideal addition for these power cuts.
