A durable aluminium frame, the Imperial IFS-2525 has separate oil tanks to prevent cross-contamination when preparing food items.

Four burners ensure that this gas fryer is capable of maintaining high-levels of usage, and independent controls for each tank means that one tank can be used without the other to save power during quieter periods.
