The imperial IFS-40-E-LOE stainless steel electric fryer comes with a range of features, including a precision welded fry pot with large cool zone trapping food particles helping to maintain the oil quality. The fryer comes with two large nickel-plated wire mesh fry baskets with ergonomic polyurethane coated handles.
