The 6GN 1/1 Mychef PRO oven is ideally suited for an operation creating 40-110 meals per day. The oven uses a double direct steam injection system.

The Mychef PRO comes complete with built in MyCare self clean system which can be used in conjunction with the oven ultra-fast cool down mode.
