Valentine

Valentine's range of catering equipment has been a fixture in UK kitchens since the 1950s when the Swiss-based brand moved into the British market after they rose to continental prominence with the release of the revolutionary "T-series" fryer in 1947.

Designed and constructed in Lausanne, Switzerland, the "T-series" was the first electric fryer of its kind to feature a heating element that was directly immersed in oil. Innovation followed innovation and Valentine soon expanded their portfolio to include pasta cookers, plate warmers and multicookers.
