Valentine EVO250P Free Standing Electric Fryer

The Valentine EVO250P is a free-standing fryer that has an inbuilt oil filtration system.

As well as its filtration system, the Swiss-made fryer features a small cool zone, pivoting heating elements and is also capable of outputting around 25kg of chips per hour. All-in-all, it is an ideal model for a number of catering establishments and professional kitchens.

Like all of the Valentine fryers, the tank is made from a solitary sheet of stainless steel. By pressing each pan from a single sheet, a smooth and rounded profile is guaranteed, one that is free from welded or bolted joints and therefore much easier to clean and maintain.

The EVO250P also features a folding lid, a drain valve with an accompanying security lock, a small cool zone and a pivoting heating element.
