The EVO2525P is a double tank, double basket fryer manufactured by the Swiss specialists, Valentine. With its 20 litre (combined) tank capacity and 40-52kg per hour output, it is perfect for a variety of catering establishments such as school kitchens, canteens and high-volume restaurants.
The key feature of the Valentine EVO2525P is its integrated oil filtration system. After each service, the oil is passed through a microfilter to remove any impurities from the liquid. This cleans the oil, extending its working life and reduces day-to-day running costs.
It also features a stainless steel tank that is pressed from a solitary sheet of metal. With no welds or bolted joints, this round-cornered tank is easy to clean and ensures a high level of hygiene.
